Ground & Grow: Mindfulness-Based Therapy Group

Launching June 2026

Now accepting virtual Clients in Pennsylvania and Maryland

$70 per session
$720 for the full 12 sessions

Ground & Grow is a gently structured, mindfulness-based therapy group where skill-building meets community for adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and trauma recovery. Each session opens with a reflective check-in through guided meditation or somatic practice, then flows into group discussion. Journaling prompts and additional mindfulness skills may be included based on group needs. We close with a moment of silence and a weekly intention to carry into your life. No meditation experience required.

This closed-enrollment cohort meets Tuesdays at 6pm — 7:15pm, beginning June 2, 2026. Sessions meet weekly in June, biweekly through summer, and return to weekly in September to close. Enrollment is limited to 8 participants.

Yoga for Functional Strength

Yoga Sculpt is an energizing, strength-based yoga class set to upbeat music and designed to build real, functional strength. Expect dynamic movement sequences, plank and core series, and balance challenges using body weight and hand weights that train your body to move with both power and intention.

All levels welcome. BYOM (bring your own mat).
