Ground & Grow: Mindfulness-Based Therapy Group

Now accepting virtual Clients in Pennsylvania and Maryland

$70 per session
 

A gently structured, mindfulness-based therapy group for adults who feel the weight of the past showing up in their everyday lives.

 

You might find yourself cycling through the same thoughts, feelings, or behaviors — carrying an inner critic whose voice sounds a lot like someone from your past, or holding onto guilt or shame that feels hard to let go of, even when you can't fully explain why.

 

Each session weaves together a short guided meditation or somatic practice, group discussion, and optional journaling — grounded in the belief that healing happens in both the mind and the body.

This is an open enrollment cohort meeting biweekly on Tuesdays at 6pm — 7:15pm. Enrollment is limited to 8 participants.
