Ayurveda is considered the 'sister science' to yoga, and is a comprehensive approach to health and wellness. It aims to create interconnectedness between our minds, bodies, Earth, and our sense of purpose. Integrating seasonal eating, yoga and meditation, and connecting with nature are at the center of Ayurveda. A important part of using Ayurveda and yoga for healing is understanding the Doshas, which are made up of the five elements: fire, water, air, ether, and earth. Sometimes, these Doshas or elements move out of balance and can cause things like focus issues, headaches, or changes in mood.
Each workshop focuses on a different Dosha and includes a 1 hour yoga practice, discussion about wellness and mental health, and a handout with details about the elements, lifestyle tips based on the Dosha, movement practices, and mental health tips. Private one-on-one sessions are for those looking to get started with yoga or for more experienced practitioners hoping to broaden their scope of knowledge. Each session is designed for the client to help them meet their goals. Semi-Private classes are useful to do as a one time event or a weekly activity with friends, family, or colleagues. Similar to individual sessions, the class time and style can be adapted to the groups' needs. If the group is looking for a class longer than an hour or would like to curate a more educational experience, workshops are the best option.
Private Individual Session Rates: $60.00 per hour OR $90.00 for 90 minutes via Zoom Semi-Private Class Rates: $85.00 per hour for up to 4 people, $5.00 per person for each additional person

If you are curious about the intersections between psychology, yoga, and mindfulness, I offer mentorship to select people. Mentorship may be helpful for those in the medical and mental health professions, yoga and fitness instructors, school teachers, or college students. Unlike mental health therapy, these sessions would be more goal and results oriented and less process focused.
Mentorship can serve many purposes. What are you looking for? Guidance in how to integrate a holistic perspective into your current work place? Assistance with yoga teaching skills, sequencing, and teacher development? A place to explore different career options and find clarity in decision making?
Together, we would discuss what your goals are, how these sessions could be most useful to you, and develop a plan for moving forward. For consistency and collaboration purposes, I recommend three sessions for you to get the most out of working together. Sessions are typically once a month, or spaced out throughout the year, depending on your goals.
