After having learned a wide range of Western psychological theories in graduate school to "fix" an individual, I found the holistic philosophy of yoga refreshing. I draw from both sources when working with clients in therapy and in the studio. As a yoga instructor, my intention for private and group classes is to bring yoga into the hearts of others as more than just a physical practice. I enjoy exploring postures through thematic sequencing, emphasizing alignment and balance, and weaving in elements of yoga philosophy to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Grateful for each moment of my own journey, I aim to keep yoga's roots alive and honor the origin of this age-old practice.

Mentorship for Yoga Instructors - Fine tune your teaching skills while earning continuing education credit.
Class Rates: Individual 60-Minute Class: $85.00 5 Session Package: $375.00 Small Group 60-Minute Class (2-4 people): $100.00
Classes may take place over Zoom or in-person at an agreed upon location. Travel is included for those living in Philadelphia City.
If your group is looking for a class longer than an hour or would like to curate a more educational experience, workshops and corporate classes are a great option. Rates vary based on topic, duration, and travel.
